A bunch of experts from business support organisations has gathered at Dansk Design Center to learn about design sprint, a five-step process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers. An adopted technique, originally introduced by Google, will be applied during 7 Innovation Challenges across Europe to provide randomly selected SMEs with the possibility to improve their products in terms of user experiences (UX) within the ICT sector.

The so-called UX Challenges will be organised within the scope of the 200SMEchallenge project that is set to test the effects of challenges on the companies and the scalability of the whole initiative among Innovation Agencies in Europe.

The selection process of the SMEs willing to take part in the initiative is due to start in April 2020 with every partner introducing the application process in their respected regions. For more information on UX challenges organised in 2020 go to the section dedicated to this topic on our website.
